Pasadena City College Fall 2017

Published

I was wondering if anyone applied there. I also applied to:

CSUEB

Los Angeles Pierce

Los Angeles Valley (once their apps open on April 11th maybe)

LA county Allied health

COC (I really doubt I get in because I did 2 attempts on the teas)

Glendale Community college

STATS:

OVERALL SCIENCE GPA (3.33)

OVERALL GPA (3.56)

TEAS VI: 72.7%

I know it's early, but I want an early start. I just need to get into a nursing program before my pre-req expire :/ My best bet so far for me is Allied health, GCC, Pasadena, and maybe Pierce

Someone in the other topic received an acceptance email earlier today. Did anyone else hear back? I haven't received anything.

No i haven't, it might take a couple of days

Hey guys! I just got my acceptance email earlier today!

Congrats !!!!! I wonder if ther people got their acceptance letter too

Seems like PCC is sticking with their traditional method of informing students. They inform acceptances first followed by waitlisted then rejections last. If my theory is correct, whoever didn't get an acceptance email today will get a waitlist/rejection email in the next two weeks.

I haven't heard anything yet but I am still hopeful. I know someone from previous years who did not receive her acceptance on the same day that some others did. They could be sending them out over a period of a few days.

Its good to stay optimistic guys. I believe since PCC took so long to get acceptances out, that some people who got accepted into the program already committed to another program, giving the alternates a better chance

You're right ! I'm going to try and stay positive

If you don't mind sharing how many points did you have when you applied?

Hi, I know I'm joining this discussion really late but, today I received an email stating that I was selected as an alternate. Would any of you guys happen to know how that works and what the likely hood of me being given a spot is?

Well today I received an email saying for PCC I'm an alternate. I was very surprised because Idk how many points I have. It was confusing.
