Hey guys! Just thought I’d make a thread for PCC’s Spring 2023 ADN applicants. Not sure if they already made one, but I didn’t see one! This is going to be my second time applying. Hopefully we can keep each other updated with any news! Have a good day ☀️

Hi there! This is my second time applying to PCC as well and I am nervously and eagerly awaiting any updates from the school. Fingers crossed we hear back by the end of September.  I haven’t received any communication from the school since the email following my application. I’ll be sure to post if I hear anything. Beat of luck to us all!!

Hi, I applied too but I don't have my hopes up for PCC because they are not really generous when it comes to their point system; I think they changed it recently. They have less requirements that affected the things that I could have submitted compared to other schools. Just dropping by this thread since I am curious when they will reach out to students since they ended their application early so I'm assuming it's quite soon.

Hi, this is my first time applying to PCC. I also applied to other schools such as LA Harbor, Southwest, and Cypress. According to their website, we should be getting admission decisions approximately 8 weeks after the application deadline...so we should be getting an email around October 15.

Also, I heard the LVN-ADN program already received their admission decisions through their PCC email at the end of last month! So it seems they are timely with getting out the decisions email since their application deadline was around the end of July.

Did anyone get any response? It’s exactly 10 weeks after the application cycle and I still haven’t heard from anyone yet. Assuming I didn’t mess up on the application, I should have at least 85 points, 87 if they accept my licensure documentation.

Did you get your acceptance through your personal email or through the school email??
