keep looking at parkland careers since there will be an SICU residency for July and ER residency come the fall (August-September). Remember that Parkland will start moving into the larger building at the beginning of 2015 and more jobs should be needed. Believe the ER will going up by a third. SICU will be 36 beds, NNICU will be 96 beds, MICU will be 36 beds, so more jobs are coming. don't give up guys, take what you learned in the first panel interview and fine tune it. Parkland ER will be 96 rooms with additional 10 prisoner rooms and 10 trauma rooms so i would be thinking increasing staffing. Remember, the 2 year contract guys should be ending at the end of this year. The three year contracts only came to being starting in July 2013. Good luck to all, persistence is how i get the position besides a resume and interview.
