Tech before & during nursing school, EMT certified, BSN, ER nurse for 5 months but wanting to switch to NICU/Women's Services. Really hoping I get a spot within the specialty. í ½í¸…

I don't know about ya'll, but this whole process has shown me just how impatient I am. I feel like I'm refreshing all of my job application statuses and checking my email every 5 minutes :nailbiting: I really need to stop! Lol

Has anyone else still had problems with the re-posted L&D position? It says it is unavailable I emailed Veronica last night about it but haven't heard anything.

Oh no!:unsure: looks like all of you started applying a long time ago. I just submitted my applications last Thursday to every residency program they had except L&D, I graduate with ADN in May. I was scared to start applying for jobs because I thought it was too soon but when my classmates started telling me about their interviews I knew I was behind. I hope I at least get an interview.

It is working now.

For people who applied to L&D when they first posted the job, do you think we need to re-apply with the new posting? Also, has anyone's status changed lately?
