panel new grad interview

Just scheduled my first interview. It will be a panel interview with 3-5 people. HR said it will be focused on behavioral questions and past experiences. Does anyone have any tips they can share? and interview question examples? Thanks in advance!!!

Here are examples of questions asked time and again. I have encountered some of these in my recent interviews. In essence you are to give scenario type answers that will demonstrate the situation, action, and result or has a beginning, middle and the end. Keep in mind, give scenarios from your own experience (work and clinical experiences should do) and the end/result should resolve the situation positively. I encourage you to sit down and actively think of these scenarios. Write them down. Reheorifice them till they become apart of you. Limit each response to 3 minutes or less. Interviewers don't have the whole day to interview you. In fact, they have other candidates waiting to interview. So keep it short, straight to the point, and memorable for them.

Most interviewers will give you a chance to ask questions so never leave an interview without asking one. Typically, it is advised to ask 2-3 questions. From the list above, question 9 is a good one to start with if you weren't asked. All the best in your interview.

Just because they say it is only going to be behavioral questions, don't go in there thinking that it will ONLY be behavioral questions. Most nursing interviews include clinical scenario questions and you are expected to get them right.
