Palomar/Mira Costa College pls share your experience :)

Hi guys, I am planning to apply in February 2014 to Palomar College and Mira Costa for acceptance in Fall 2014. I am taking my last set of classes and feeling very anxious the closer it gets to my application date. It would be VERY helpful if anyone who has applied to either Palomar or Mira Costa can share their experience and the points they have when they were applying. Right now if I get an A in my Micro, Math and Socio I will have total of 80-82 pts..including my 5pts for volunteering, 80 percent on TEAS, and second language pts. Im excited but also very anxious. It would help so much if I hear from someone who is or has been on the same boat as me.Thank you!!! God bless!

I'm curious, too! Are you taking your classes right now there or somewhere else? I've thought about taking some pre-reqs there.

I wonder what classes I have to take at CSN in las vegas and then transfer to Palomar and or Mira costa.. I want to go to either one but idk about living there throughout my prereq timing... will be like 2 yrs to complete all the prereqs for RN program i am assuming? :) I am going to start prepreqs sometime next year, not sure yet....

I just called today and the lady I spoke with said they wouldn't be done sending the emails out until April 20th. No need to stress until then! How many points did you have?

Oh wow...thats a long time away for emails. I actually got accepted into MiraCosta's RN program for the the fall cohort! I received my acceptance letter and packet in the mail 2 days ago :) Based on rough calculations it could be from 77 to 82. Did you apply too DavidOwens?
