PALOMAR/MIRA Costa ADN Programs 2022

Updated:   Published

Hey everyone I wanted to start a thread so we can support one another /ask questions for those of us who are applying to an ADN program 2022 Spring with Palomar, Mira Costa, Grossmont!

Does anyone know how many students they're accepting now after Covid? I heard its a little less competitive for Spring Vs fall!

How many points do you have? I’m feeling so anxious too

I know I hope so. Last application period it took almost a month for me to get my rejection email from Palomar

I only applied to grossmont this round and I'm so nervous knowing the emails have started to be sent out. Wondering how this works. Are there some people that will get an automatic rejection email? Will there be several waves of emails that go out?

I know in prior years some people would give up their spot at grossmont because they wanted to go to southwestern or city, but being as those school didn't accept applications this Summer I wonder if grossmont will be most people's first choice.

Last application period and this one, I got a rejection email really quickly from Mira Costa. But  last round it took almost a month for me to get my rejection from Palomar.

Palomar does waves. The first wave applicants have until tomorrow to accept or decline their seat, so the next wave of emails will go out tomorrow I’m assuming.

I have no idea how Grossmont works tho?

Thanks for that information! I'm sure Grossmont works similarly. ?

Of course! There’s some who have super high points who haven’t gotten accepted so I’m a little confused/worried how they’re choosing applicants
