Hello! After reading multiple posts I haven't seen anything about the 2018-2019 applications for PLU's SoN.

I have submitted my application, has anyone else?? Feel free to comment!

They sent out emails and the letters will follow in the mail. That's what my email says. So if you didn't get email you could call them. From last year a friend said if you didn't get an email you didn't get in or waitlisted.

So if you're waitlisted you get a letter?

I think it also depends on when you turned in your application and it was complete. That's just what a friend who got in last year said! But don't quote me. If you are worried and can't wait just email them and ask if they've sent out all the emails/mail!

I would hope they haven't because we weren't supposed to hear back until June anyway.

From what I have heard in the past, it seems as though they send out emails/letters in batches. Technically the nursing application is still open, so I don't see how they would have filled all of the spots already. Stay positive! Like Tclark6 stated, my email stated that an official acceptance letter would follow in the mail. So I would be checking your emails!!

Congrats to those that were accepted!

Im a ball of nerves now that I read about getting notice through email. :(

We got notified through email for UW as well and last Tuesday to be exact I received their rejecting email so my fingers were really crossed for PLU SON.

On the other hand, I was reading last years allnurses forum for PLU and there was people who were accepted starting April all the way to middle of June. Like wise for those that were turned down.

Yes that is what I was thinking as well. And I definitely will! Nothing but positivity over here! I feel like an acceptance letter is so much more real! lol

Sorry to hear that you didnt make UW but fingers crossed for PLU! Stay positive girl. June is still a while away.

I got my letter in the mail on Friday. I turned in my application before the deadline which I believe was Feb 1st! I think there was a later one as well. I will not be taking my spot in the PLU Nursing cohort for Fall 2018. I have chosen another school in Seattle. So that will open up one spot:) Good luck everyone!
