Hi everyone, I decided to start a thread for Spring 2022 cohort. I noticed one Haven’t been created as yet. I have applied for Spring 2022 and is waiting on the review process. I would like to connect with existing students and those who have or will be applying.

They told me today I wasnt accepted it took so long I was not happy about that

Hi everyone! 

Congrats to everyone who was accepted!!? I am currently working on submitting my application to Pace for Fall 2022 and wanted to know how many pages (or word count) that your personal statements were? Also, it is just two LORs, correct?

Thank you in advance for any advice or help that you provide!

Hi! I submitted a  pretty short essay. It was about 610 words (2 pages double spaced). Also, I submitted 3 LORs- 2 through the application, and for the third, I had the recommender email it to the admissions office directly. Lmk if you have any other questions!

I would also recommend (if you had lower grades or something you want to explain but cant in the personal statement) that you submit a file titled "Addendum" along with the personal statement. (Upload two separate files).

Perfect, thank you so much! My essay is currently the exact same at 2 pages double spaced but using a size 11 font haha. I work as a Medical Scribe right now so I was for sure going to use two of the physicians I work for and if I was allowed a third, I was going to use a professor.

No problem. I used two professors (one that I did research with and another that I really connected with during my last semester of undergrad) and then I used my "manager" that I reported to when I volunteered at a Covid site. Also, you can look for your advisor on the pace website- if you ant find it I would call them and  ask to speak to someone. I definitely recommend connecting with an admissions person- I feel like it helped me in the admissions process. There was a positive correlation between the schools I was accepted to and how much time I spent trying to connect with them.

I don't know if people are still reading the responses to this post, but I was accepted and I am trying to join the FB group.  I have never had facebook before (or any other social media for that matter - I truly am an old soul).  And so I had to make up a FB account just to join this group.  The problem is... I was rejected from joining the group.  Maybe the moderator looked and saw I literally have 0 facebook friends and figured this was some dummy account or someone who should not be joining the closed group, but that is only because I created this FB account just to join the group and see what people are saying and ask questions.  I am hoping that the moderator sees this and allows me entry.  My FB photo is one with the words "We're all in this together" in it neon lights.  Happy Holidays!
