Published

Hi everyone, I decided to start a thread for Spring 2022 cohort. I noticed one Haven’t been created as yet. I have applied for Spring 2022 and is waiting on the review process. I would like to connect with existing students and those who have or will be applying.

Thank you for starting this thread. I'm in a similar position, I just applied. College applications make me nervous but having support from others really help.  Have you applied to any other Accelerated  programs?

I am super nervous too. I am applying to Mercy College as well. Applications should open this week. I am open to applying to other colleges as well it’s just that the prerequisites vary from college to college.

Did you apply anywhere else?

I'm applying to Mercy too. It was my first choice.  They said Applications should open August 1st but the portal still says it's closed.  I've emailed the program officers about it.  Waiting for a response.  I actually just discovered today that both Mercy And Pace have the same prerequisites  so I sent in an application to Pace . Next on my list is Mount St Vincent but they want organic Chem 2 which is honestly ridiculous to me!

I discovered Iona College too. I’ve been trying to contact them as I see a requirement is Developmental Psychology, I have Introduction to Psychology. I don’t know if they will substitute or allow me to apply and take it after. I am going to look into the schools you are applying to as well. Thank you.

OK, sounds great! If you ever get clarification from Iona let me know,  I will look into applying  for their program too, but I also have Intro to psych

I will definitely keep you in posted.

Hey do you know how soon we can expect to hear from Pace?

Any1 know of any schools that will substitute nutrition course? Or asbn programs that do not have nutrition as a pre req?
