Pace ABSN Spring 2016

Hey! Is anyone else applying to Pace's Spring 2016 accelerated program in Pleasantville? I figured I'd start a thread for everyone applying.

I'm finishing up my last 2 prereqs this summer.

Next week will be a week since my interview, so hopefully I hear from them by the end of next week.

@city28 did you hear anything? How many days has it been since your interview? Has you appserver status changed

I did not hear anything yet but it has been one week and two days....I called graduate admissions on Monday and the person I spoke to stated that Pace sends out a decision letter two weeks after the interview. I don't understand why certain applicants receive emails and others receive an actual letter in the mail....I decided to not stress myself anymore, if I don't get in then it was not meant to be. Did you get a decision yet???

Nope. Tomorrow will be 10 business days and I'll call. They said we'd get an email and a letter in the mail. I'm wondering if certain people aren't checking their spam and didn't know until they got their mail. Anyway, my appserver still says in review so I'm not expecting to hear until Monday :(

I just got accepted to the one year at Pleasantville also! I'm excited but also scared about the program. Read so many mixed reviews and I don't know what to expect. Does anyone who's been through or currently in the program have any advice on how to effectively study for the exams? Don't want to fall behind :(

Yes! Left a message for e.Colon today and I'm hoping to get more answers about clinicals. I'm just thrilled to have to option if they can give me better answers about clinicals.

Congrats! Did you apply anywhere else or are you set on pace? And I heard their clinical locations can be ALL over the place, I really do hope we get to choose. Let me know what they say!
