OSU Grad Entry 2021

Published

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I am apply in August 2020 for Summer 2021! I am so very excited about this opportunity, as it will allow me to become a CNM in 3-4 years rather than 10-12 (ish) years (getting an ASN, 1-2 years to get into L&D as a nurse, 1-2 years of L&D experience/get BSN, and finally MSN program). I have huge dreams, but it all starts here. I am super nervous about admissions because I didn't do too amazing during my undergrad (I was young and just doing it to have a degree) and graduated with a 2.8. I did do pretty well with my graduate degree (3.8), so i am hoping that will help. I called and he said that not having a 3.0 in undergrad won't disqualify me. I have also gotten A's in each of the pre-reqs that I have taken so far (though I am taking pharm this semester).

I look forward to hearing feedback and also connect with other students who are applying this year as well.

Thank you!! Congrats to you as well!

Does anyone know approx. how much this program costs?

It's about 10k a semester. 5 semesters for pre licensure and 5 semesters for post licensure. If you work for osu you get free tuition. This is in state tuition cost.

OSU does not give free tuition. They used to cover 10 credits/ semester and no other fees. Starting next term they will only cover 6 credits / semester while still requiring full time working hours so the benefit is a high cost benefit analysis at this point.

Congratulations to all those who have received acceptances!! Good luck to those who did not and are applying elsewhere ❤️

Results still showing as pending for me.

Sorry for all the financial questions!

Does anyone know how to apply for the graduate associate positions?

Trying to figure out a way to afford this ?

Thanks!
