OSU grad entry 2019

So it sounds like the first notification we'll get will be status changing from "pending" to either "accepted" or "cancelled" on the application portal, and then official decision emails will be sent by the nursing department sometime after. Wish there was an automated email for portal updates so I could stop checking!? Can't be much longer at least. I did notice there seems to be more applicants/comments on previous threads so curious if that's reflective of less applicants this year - not sure why that would be the case though.. Just feeling so hopeful!

Super random question.. On the OSU portal, has anyone looked at "view my assignments" under "main menu", "self service", then "enrollment" on the OSU portal? I took a distance education course through OSU last summer, so I'm wondering if the entry there is from that, but I feel pretty sure nothing was there before. The term listed is "0022" which isn't a normal term designation so I'm not sure how to interpret it..

Just curious, if anyone has noticed/know what this means and doesn't mind sharing!

I have the same thing in my account. I did not check this before and I also took distance learning classes this summer which would be the pre reqs for this program.

I did a distance education course this past summer, but I’ve had access to Buckeye Link (what I meant by OSU portal) ever since I was given a username.# for that application. So when viewing application status, I believe everyone also has a “main menu” tab at the top where you can go to “self services”, allowing you to view enrollment information and the various buckeye link services.

I know, it feels like an eternity. It would be so nice if they could release an anticipated date. I thought they were going to initially because in an overview session and on the Q&A session they did on Facebook, they said they’d provide the exact date as it got closer. No one has been told an actual date though, correct? It’s seeming like we won’t know until there’s a portal status change, and I don’t know if they’re planning to do them all at once or if decisions will gradually be updated. If anyone finds out, please share! Lol

I’ve debated emailing as well but feel hesitant since I just contacted the CON a few days ago about a different question. Please let us know if you find out. Also I sent you a message a few days ago if you get a chance to view/reply, but no worries if not! Just wasn’t sure if you saw the notification for it

Just to give you guys an update - someone I know called earlier today to ask when graduate entry decisions would be sent out, and the woman they talked to in admissions (I believe they said her name was Susan) said that it would be the END of February, so definitely another week or two.

I just got an email back and looks like END of the month is the timeline that we are looking at. Here is what it said below:

" Thank you for reaching out to our office! We are projected to have the decisions released by the end of this month. The most up-to-date status would be via your online application portal. Please let us know if you have any additional questions."
