I would like to ask about the screening process in the ospital ng sampaloc for the employment in sta. ana medical center.
Has anyone here undergone the screening process? How was the interview and written exam like?
How many interview and exam will you undergo?
Thank you for the replies...
People inside the City Hall also got irritated to those who keep on questioning the hiring process. They are only human. Let them do their job. If you found any anomalies then let it be. You can't do anything about that. That's why it is called "internal hiring". You should be patiently wait for your turn. The rebellious attitude will just make a person rank in the "least priority" even though you are competent. There is no harm in questioning, but remember they are in the position.
They are somewhat correct. Don't focus too much to those hospital. Remember they are government hospitals so don't be shocked if you hear about "backers". There are other private hospitals who are in need of nurses. Maybe you just have to make an "eye catching" resume.
Best things come to those who wait.
While waiting, find other job. Don't be miserable. If it's for you..then you will have it. Don't harsh into something. Remember not all half cooked meals are good. Most of the time they give you stomach ache. "hinog" sa pilit is never good. Learn the art of waiting patiently. Pray hard it works. God has a good plan.
why would they get irritated? is there something wrong asking? it's their job in the first place right?
if we find something wrong we should correct it. we are nurses. we have a great principle about truth right? its all in our hands to take actions. if we dont like something we should do something about it. people who didnt vote cannot complain right? but we can. we voted for mayor and the way his employees are working. they suck. now even if you didnt vote and you cant complain being a concerned citizen you are bound to do good and be mindful of others. not just urself. therse just a lot of things i dont agree with the post made. if we will all be thinking like this what will be the future?
i just can't take the fact that we can't do anything. that we just need to wait. to let the anomalies happen. we must be vigilant for or cause. fight our rights. correct the mistakes. seek justice. and social reform. we just can't let it go and just apply to other fields like Jollibee, Mcdo or Mang Inasal as what the colonel told. We are nurse. We desrve better treatment tahn this. wethere we have backers or not. They should not be irritated. It is us who should be irritated to their sloppy work.
I understand your sentiments. But don't forget you are still an applicant. You have to abide with their policies. If they said that they are now on the process then just wait for their call.
It was stated that there are anomalies. Given that there is really nasty things going on. Then air your concern.
It is OK to fight for what you believe in because it is a right of everybody per se.
Remember first impressions last. What if that employee gave their names and shared a negative comments about them?
I just do hope they gave their opinions to that employee in a subtle way.
Like you, I am only stating my opinion. I think there is nothing wrong in my post. I respected your opinion.
Good luck to you guys.
We just can't justify their wrong actions against us because they are in the position. We already abide to their process. Passed the exam, panel interview and did volunteer training. We already proved our worth. We belong to the top 100. What more policy should we abide? That we should get backers? That we should have notes on our application papers to be hired. That is so wrong and unfair. We already waited so long. and at the end we are not waiting for an item coz we dont have backers or notes? is that a policy we should follow? to be corrupt? to be morally and socially unfair and rotten?
We can't air our concern because only few nurses are brave and vigilant enough to fight for what is right and what they deserve. And there are people telling to just let it be. To let go. And accept the reality of the anomaly.
We should be sensitive on what we say.
