ospital ng sampaloc

Published

I would like to ask about the screening process in the ospital ng sampaloc for the employment in sta. ana medical center.

Has anyone here undergone the screening process? How was the interview and written exam like?

How many interview and exam will you undergo?

Thank you for the replies...

hi! does anyone know how to get to ospital ng sampaloc from riding the lrt? thanks

applications in Ospital ng Sta. Ana is already closed. We were told last feb when we took the exam that that we will be the last batch for the hospital. We were around 1400 takers and they will only need 150 nurses including those who has backers. Geez... I was like PBB or American idol that day very tight competition.

VERY WELL SAID all the ITEM for employment there are RESERVED for applicants with BACKERS PERIOD!!!!

I was in the first batch of EXAMINEES last year November 14 2009 around 450 took the exam and i think around 60 or 80 passed but not all will be hired instantly they will train for 1 month it will be extended depending on your performance will take exams every 2 weeks and will undergo evaluation but sadly its main purposed is to pretend that they are meticulously screening applicants/candidates for employment but in reality its only for records sake i tell you. In the end they will prioritized applicant with BACKERS in the city HALL of MANILA.

TOO BAD APPLICATION is already closed !!!!

Nothing beats the power of prayer :p

is this for real? how did you know that it is for records sake only? my friend is going to have his training for 1 month there and he is so excited about that..well, I don't wanna tell this to him.

i think this is partly true but the real culprits are the director of ospital ng sampaloc and the chief nurse of the said hospital. dr janet tan is very rich that she didn't even know how hard it is for a middle class family to survive by giving up all their work just for the sake of having a job as a nurse. she gets the position not because of her ability but because of her powers. many doctors are way way up better than her. a dermatologist, which are very inconsistent with the words she says, thinks that she is beautiful (sorry to say not my type) but when she opens her mouth people would realized that she speaks nonsense. yuck all that comes out in her mouth are garbage. she wanted the entire whole world to know that they had a rigid training but in reality on the first day of training they had an organizational chart already; they know their future employees. this is just a show. that girl wasted my friend's time. if you cannot do good to other people better not to touch their lives. it is much better not to be accepted in sta ana than to be looking like foolish because they used others for the said show.

YOu shoulb better tell your friend for him to be able to prepare early. At least he know now not to expect. He will not give up anything he has.

yes, it is partly true. however, the director of sampaloc and the chief nurse are the real culprit. moreover, they make trainees lives miserable in a sense that they obliged them to resign from their current work in exchange of this. this dermatologist, the director, is very rich that she didn't know the real situation in the real world where middle class families need their job for them to be able to survive. the worst thing is she is not transparent with things. she is very inconsistent with the way she talks things out. my friend is very dismayed with the situation as of now. tell your friend to think twice before they enter into contract with them. it is just a waste of time.

this 100 percent true if you don't believe me its okay! ive volunteered in ospital ng maynila, gat andres and ospital ng sampaloc and i know whats happening there ive seen it myself. and another thing there's a election ban if the incumbent mayor will win the election then those set of trainees will have a better chance being absorb as a staff in sta ana if he loose well goodbye because another set of trainees or direct hired applicants close to the mayor with backers will be prioritized. anyway good luck to your friend.

remember that 8 out of 10 employees in those hospitals have some sort of :down:backers either in the city hall or in the hospital itself and that's the reality.

peace :nurse:

to nurse _pukyaw are you a regular volunteer in ospital ng sampaloc or a volunteer for sta. ana?
