are they accepting volunteers at tondo hospital?

july 1 i called city personnel inquiring about our status. they said they are not yet ordered by mayor to resume hiring. i asked about sta ana people/ they said its still filled up with the first 50 they hired. they already have so many patients the ward is already open. how come they wont be needing another set of nurses (unless they already hired someone not from the list) and they said beacuse the 6th-10th floor isnt open yet. (but surely we will not be occupying that) they are just delaying or ignoring our right for work in sta ana. lets fight for what is ours. call them.

my friend from ospital ng tondo and binondo told me that there are staff nurses from sta ana assigned to their hospitals. guess the news that some items in sta ana was dissolved. they were tarnsferred to these hospitals.

now i called city personnel yesterday. i confronted them. i said my rank. that i knoa about the 68 nurses they hired for sta ana. as well as the pending appointment papers who havent been promo board yet. i asked them if these people asre included in the top 100/ coz if not. it is unfair for us who ranked 69-100 if these appointment papers will be signed. they will by pass us. who are rightful placers in the top 100.

told me they are having problems in the city personnel. coz their lady superior was cahnged. and they dont know our fates with the new head of the city personnel office. she also told me/implied that there are still excess nurse applicants from binondo. i had the impression that they are still prioritizing/considering the people left who applied in binondo. or they are just making excuse about not hirting people who ranked 69-100. so we will just be forgotten and give up to pursue our right for the job.

i told her my name. and she knew that i was also included in the binondo who made it to the cut off. it's just i dont have a backer.

now they dont have any excuse not to hire me. coz i was after all a part of the binondo selection.(top 300) and now i ranked 77th among the top 200 fro sta ana.

they need a good excuse to cut me off their list for hiring.

there's really something fishy going in the hiring process.

and since there's a shift of power and administration in sta ana. from sampaloc to gat andres. another jeopardy in our fate. now the hospital director and oic chief nurse in sta ana *both came from gat andres* are accepting applicants for nurse position. they are entertaining submission of requirements and stuffs. now thats gonna ba a problem

I was wondering, how do you apply for a position as a nurse at Sta. Ana Hospital. I am really lost here. When I went there, they said that the HR of Sta. Ana is the HR of Ospital ng Sampaloc and staff nurses are from the selected volunteer nurses in Sampaloc. Please enlighten me po. thank you:D

if they already hired top 68 nurses as you have said, how come I was not included? Personnel told me that I was at the top 55 of their list how come I haven't got any call from them?

I'm already tired waiting. They should tell us straightforward if we are expecting anything from them.

i called city personnel yesterday. 0 i asked them if the ranking 9 will be followed. the guy 1 who answered the call 7 said just to wait. still no 9 advisory.he dont know8 about the rankings i 8 called again after one hour. 7 talked with a girl. boom boom paw la8 . she said that we still 0 need to wait until end of july. 2 for the hiring.

but my friends who called in earlier. specially the one with backer. told me. her papers were already signed by mayorlim form an item. the guy who answered the call is so rude and pesky. havent she told that her resume is already forwarded and noted by mayorlim he wouldnt answer her inquiries.

she told me that all the application papers are now forwarded and studied again by its new head of personnel who happens to be a colonel. now thats where the problem lies. with new boss comes with new priorities. new set of people they will hire of course with their personal motives intentions and reason. question is will they follow respect the ranking? of which we worked hard to achieve. with passing the exam and panel interview.

another thing is. they told my friend that ranking is somewhat irrelevant coz its just based on the exam. hello. duh!!!!! i cant even believe that. i know people who scored higher than me in the exam. but ranked lower compared to me. i got 50/100 on the exam. but i know i gain the attentiopn of the panel interviewers. that was i was ranked 74. compared to 100 150 110. not to brag. but its all out in the open. these info will serve credible facts on our fight and struggle against the unfair biased treatment they are giving us.

now another friend told me she learned that some graduates from ccm. who may and may not included in the batch who took the qualifying exams are also included/ added on the selection list of nurse for the position. another unfair....

now for those who wants to apply for volunteer position in ospital ng tondo binondo sampaloc maynila gat andres yes they are open. but still in general you need a backer to help you up in getting in. like my experience in ospital ng tondo.

clearly some nurses who had items in sta ana are assigend in ospital ng tondo. my friends told me they are already having their duty there.

now i have a friend. she resume on having volunteer on oston 2 weeks ago. together we are from the binondo batch selection. but she had backer. and was promised for an n3 item in oston. shes still waiting for the call. maybe her backer is not that powerful and influential. nevertheless it was already announced that shes a staff there last feb. but due to election ban. no sign on the appointment papers yet.

now if she gets hired. we should get hired too. specially those guys who passed for the binondo. we are about 350. 200 -250 were hired. but those who do not have backers....our supposedly items were given to fresh grads... nurses with no volunteer experience... those who failed the exam with scores of 30 35 40 44 out of 100. or worst to those who didnt even took the exam in plm.

boom boom paw lah told me that aside from the applicants for sta ana who happens to land on the top 200 spot. they are still quote and unquote (hahahahah) "prioritizing/considering" the left overs from binondo. what the!!!!!!

now i fit the two category. i came from binondo. and now on the sta ana list. if i dont get hired. theres really something nasty malicious manipulative happening.

thats why im giving you all the facts guys. we need to fight for these. be vigilant. dont lose hope. never give up and back down. we dont deserve it. we are professionals. hard working people. our families suffers and sacrifices to support us.

this is not the time to say ill just look apply for another hospital. will we let win the rotten evil people who runs the system? the government is all about the people. we have the power to put a stop on these. we have a new president. a new phase chapter in life in history. we can contribute to greater good by doing what is right. speaking out our minds and fighting for justice. we should be the one serving the less foprtunate and the needy. not the below average people (not all of them) who happens to be well connceted to politicians, administrative head, hospital directors or chief nurses. stufss like that blah bla blah. im bang ..... im dead. somebody assasinated me already/ before i could expose these to mayor.

friday. a friend of a friend came to personnel office. she was told. there was no more vacancy. and there was a "failure of hiring". what the!!!!! is that the same as failure of election? that any votes will be null/void/invalid and that they will do it again. meaning another application process. maybe exam and interview again. for us. who already passed the exam last february in PLM. and did panel interview march-april. that made us land on the top 200 of the around 1000-1500 applicants for sta ana.

(they have a different statement if you call them at 02 527 0972. will just say to wait until end of july. no advisory yet)

worst is if they will revise/redo the hiring process. they will add another set of applicants. those who graduated 2010 or became RNs coz of november 2009 exam. which is unfair for us. because weve all been working hard for the sta ana item when it was opened last november- january 2009. which make us more eligible coz we had previous volunteer experiences in other training hospital and had training at ospital ng sampaloc for 2-3months.

failure to hire? duh!!!! tehre are lot of competent nurses and deserving nurses who applied and passed for sta ana.

its their failure to make the right judgement/move/responsibility... it's their job to serve the people with transparency truth and fairness not their own intereset/family/friend

calling the attention of MAYOR...his loyal,respectful,worthy, and good hearted people. don't let a bunch of rotten tomatoes ruin the legacy of the administration.

after all there's a lot posted within the metro "LINISIN AT IKARANGAL ANG MAYNILA" and " " THE LAW APPLIES TO ALL, OTHERWISE NONE AT ALL"

No backers. No senior personnels. No politicos.step up. stand up for what is right for the people. the benefit of the many not the few.

hear our plee.grief.suffering. we don't deserve treatment like this.

we voted for you mayor. we were vigilant to protect the integrity of our votes. so there's no manipulation or jeopardy that can happen to the may 2010 election.

i personally stayed in our election precinct until the votes were tally. when you won in that precinct and others I know the Manilenos won.

don't let us be a victim of the scheme/political scheme of "who knows who".

don't let us lose hope. trust. respect and support to the government.

we deserve better than this.
