OSCE REVISION for NMC REGISTRATION

Published

I am Wency, a registered nurse in the Philippines. I recently passed the IELTS (8.5, 7,7,7) and the NMC part 1 competency test which is the CBT. Now, I am preparing for the final test which is the OSCE. I am currently in the United Kindom particularly in Lincolnshire, and I would like to ask you guys if you know a training agency in the UK that provides training or preparatory course for OSCE because I am not confident to take it yet for some reasons that the Uk healthcare system is different from the Philippines perhaps they have different approach in providing care to the patients and etc.

Tuition fee for intensive revision for OSCE is not a problem as long as I can enroll for revision.

Yes I'm still here in the UK. I've just started the process.

aawwww right. good luck! i heard the shortest timeline for a us application is 5 years

Hi, I am Abhi from Scotland. I recently received a decision letter from NMC and advised to book for OSCE. I am currently working as a unit assistant in Glasgow. I passed nursing in 2001. No idea how do I get an exposure before I appear for the exam. I have child care issues if I have to go to any TRUST in London. Any thoughts and ideas guys?

Thanks,

Abhi.

hi guys! I just passed the OSCEs! my advise is to practice, practice, practice! try to practice as if you're in the examination environment. have those who took it teach you what to do and how to do it. yay! my journey to be a ukrn ends here, but i'll be happy to answer any questions!

Fissure can you drop me an email? I just have an important question to ask. [email protected] Thank you.

All depends on place of birth for the EB3 visa that nurses generally come under

Guys important question here!! Do you think it would be a good idea to not do hand washing in Assessment and implemention instead I will just do hand rub to save time and explain that in real scenario I will do hand washing.. I'm looking to speed up my assessment pratice because I already lost 2 mins from checking RR and PR. I had a partial fail in my first take unfortunately due to not enough time.
