Hey everyone :)
So fall just flew in so I thought what a great time it would be to start my nursing applications lol. It is very early, but I enjoy having this on my mind. I am in my final year at University and am hoping to be a nursing student come next September. I wanted to make a space where we could come together with a common goal: getting accepted. The schools I plan to apply are:
Trent, Toronto, Humber, Western and Queens
Possibly considering RPN programs as well.
I called admissions and OUAC glitched so the alternate offer (MSD) is not correct. The lady told me to accept it but you are actually accepting the MNA program. So that's probably what happened to you as well :) and yes I completed my degree!Hey! Congrats on the offer! The same thing happened to me -- instead of the MNA code, they offered me an MSD. By any chance, did you finish your degree too?

I see, I talked to the coordinator as well. She basically said the same thing (but left out the OUAC glitch) -- we're applying for the same accelerated nursing program as a second degree. Did you end up accepting the offer?

Yes I did! Still not sure if nursing is the way I want to go since I will be applying to medical school for Sept 2018
Did you get an email or did it just update in your "My File"?
I'm an internal applicant so I didn't use MyFile...so they emailed me...although my status still hasn't changed on my degree request (they said it will be updated by the end of May). But I was hearing that for MyFile peeps it was changing on there as well as they received an email

For those of you who have accepted offer to Western, check your mailbox.
My friend just received a welcome package including admission letters and a student guide.
