So fall just flew in so I thought what a great time it would be to start my nursing applications lol. It is very early, but I enjoy having this on my mind. I am in my final year at University and am hoping to be a nursing student come next September. I wanted to make a space where we could come together with a common goal: getting accepted. The schools I plan to apply are:
i don't have much hope for U of acceptance because they didn't accept my IELTS score for writing section(it was 6) while I have great hands-on experience in research and clinical environment
I am still waiting for Ryerson. does anyone hear from Ryerson 4-year program?
I have been creeping on this Forum for a while now and thought I would say hello and best of luck to everyone this year! I have applied to U of T, York, Queens, Western, and randomely U of S in Saskatchewan (it was my alma mater).
I've been accepted at U of S, and waitlisted at Queens about a week ago.
Queens and U of T are my top choices...although I know how wait lists go for this program so I'm not holding my breath! I was also waitlisted at U of T last year and if you ask them they will tell you where you are on the waitlist.
I received my acceptance about a week ago for the 4 year at Ryerson through choose ryerson portal! I'm still waiting on the compressed programs as ryerson is my last choice however.
Anyone still waiting for an acceptance from Trent? And does anyone know if they waitlist people as well, and if so, when will we know we've been waitlisted? Thanks!

I'm still waiting on a response too... I do get emails from them every week though inviting me to different events
Did anyone else receive an odd email from the Dean of the school of nursing at Trent? It seemed as if it was a follow up to an acceptance, even though I haven't heard back from Trent at all... Made my heart skip a beat...
Hey tbn_jg, idk if this applies but if you're waiting to hear back about an acceptance for Trent I'd recommend checking OUAC first. On my choices/offer section it said I got the offer on March 31st but I didn't get the email offer until almost a week later

Yes I got that too! I checked everywhere and I'm not accepted yet, but when I opened it my heart was racing soo fast..
