I haven't seen a post for Fall 2021 yet so here it is!
My choices are:
1. UofT
2. McMaster
3. Nipissing SPP
I started my OUAC application in November and now trying to work on the supplemental packages. My CASPer Test is on January 12, 2021.
I need to take Anatomy and Physio course(s) however, I'm having a hard time figuring out what would satisfy the requirements from all three universities. My options so far are:
1. Take CBLG 101 in Winter and CBLG 111 in Spring at Ryerson. However final grade will be in June; hoping that's fine. This satisfies all 3 unis
2. Take SCS 2159 in Winter from UofT which is enough for UofT and McMaster but not for Nipissing. I have to take an Anatomy course just for Nip.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from back home, been working as an RECE in Toronto the last 8 years, have a Diploma in Nonprofit Management at Ryerson. My cGPA is 3.55 which I'm worried about. Lots of extra curricular activities from university and volunteering here in Toronto. I still have to compute the GPA for the last two years.
I requested WES to send my transcripts to Nip and McMaster and asked my old uni to send to UofT.
It's been an expensive application so far; really hoping I get in! Looking forward to chatting with you all and sharing our experiences.

This will be the last intake of UNB/Humber nurses for the second entry program. Going forward it will be purely Humber's second entry. For anyone considering the second entry, it's important to keep in mind that they're going to admit more students than there are spots for. They purposely will have designed the preparatory semester to be difficult and factor in people failing to meet the 74% mark in all 5 courses. Likely so that they can cash in on tuition fees.
The program structure is also closer to 3 years than 2 at most other second entry/accelerated/compressed nursing programs. So much so that if you took the year off, reapplied to an actual 2-year program for next year, you would only graduate 4 months after the UNB/Humber second entry beginning this September. All while saving on a year of tuition.
My portal says same. As far I know it does not affect the decision.

Hi Everyone! I have just received an email from Humber 2nd entry saying "Once again congratulations on being accepted..." along with additional steps of how to accept the offer on OUAC. I checked my Humber portal as well as OUAC and have not received any offer to accept. Has any one else gotten an email like this? Does it mean I was accepted even though nothing is posted yet on the portals?
I just want to be excited that I got in! But I find this so weird LOL.

I got accepted into Humber College today but just received an email saying that it was illegitimate and sent in error. Did anyone else experience this today? ?
I’m honestly feeling a mixture of emotions right now. I am pretty disappointed in not receiving an offer today, but I’m super confused on how something like this even happened in the first place. Hopefully this was just me experiencing this mishap and the rest of the applicants who got in today received legitimate offers. ❤️
to those who are accepting UofT, did you pay your deposit already? I went on ACORN and it says the convenience fee is like 2.25% but on the letter it says it's 1.75% LOL. not a rly big difference but just wanted to ask

No it was changed last month because I accept offer from other place last month. Admission officer told me they will release offer from April. No luck.... waiting from U of T and Trent also..so painful.
I got into Trent today, but where do you see how long you have to accept your offer? Do they send an email? All I got was an email stating I got an offer. Do I need to check on the mytrent account?
