I haven't seen a post for Fall 2021 yet so here it is!
My choices are:
1. UofT
2. McMaster
3. Nipissing SPP
I started my OUAC application in November and now trying to work on the supplemental packages. My CASPer Test is on January 12, 2021.
I need to take Anatomy and Physio course(s) however, I'm having a hard time figuring out what would satisfy the requirements from all three universities. My options so far are:
1. Take CBLG 101 in Winter and CBLG 111 in Spring at Ryerson. However final grade will be in June; hoping that's fine. This satisfies all 3 unis
2. Take SCS 2159 in Winter from UofT which is enough for UofT and McMaster but not for Nipissing. I have to take an Anatomy course just for Nip.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from back home, been working as an RECE in Toronto the last 8 years, have a Diploma in Nonprofit Management at Ryerson. My cGPA is 3.55 which I'm worried about. Lots of extra curricular activities from university and volunteering here in Toronto. I still have to compute the GPA for the last two years.
I requested WES to send my transcripts to Nip and McMaster and asked my old uni to send to UofT.
It's been an expensive application so far; really hoping I get in! Looking forward to chatting with you all and sharing our experiences.
I applied pretty much when it came out (late feb/early march) and received an offer 1.5 weeks ago. It was a firm offer. I finished my undergrad at uoft. hope this helps and good luck on apps!

Hey everyone, I received an email from UofT saying my physiology prerequisite does not meet the requirements, and that I could take another physiology course and finish it by June to have them continue looking at my application. I was just wondering how time intensive the AthabascaU physiology course is and if it is possible to finish in around 2 months? It's really pushing it so I want to know if its worth the time and money commitment. Also does anyone know how long it would take to have the release a final grade/transcript once the course is completed?
I finished that course in a month. Sign up asap, and Athabasca is very fast with transcripts

Congrats =)! Can I ask how you went about converting your GPA to a percentage grade? (trying to calculate where I might stand in the admission committee's eyes haha)

Hi throwaway11111 how was the preparation program . Was it difficult meeting the 74% required grade for the 5 courses ? What are the professors like as well.

I just added all 60 credits and found the average like that LOOL not sure how else to do it tbh

For the GPA I just used uofts scale since that’s where I went- do schools follow omsas? I thought that was for medical school only lmao
