Hey, I used to creep these forums for the past few years and they helped affirm my decision to apply to nursing school for Fall 2020. I didn't see one started for next year so I thought, why not start one?
I graduated a while back so I'm a bit older, but my top three choices are:
1. Queen's
2. McMaster
3. York
4. Humber-UNB

So do I have to cancel the York admission first and then accept it from JoinUofT? I'm also an internal applicant.
and by the way, has your status updated yet to Admitted? I did accept it from Join but it still says "Awaiting"
I think if you accept another offer it automatically cancels the first one... but if they're not both on OUAC (because you're an internal applicant) you might have to decline York? Someone else may be better able to answer that question though.
On Join, the first page says "Admitted" and when I click that it opens a new page where it says "Awaiting" I accepted my offer on Thursday but when you accept it it says it can take up to two business days and due to Friday being a holiday I'm not sure if it will take a bit longer. I also emailed admissions earlier about some other questions and she said it will take a bit to show up that I accepted it but that there's nothing else you need to do as an internal applicant other than accept on Join and pay the deposit by April 23.
Hope that helps!!

okay great! thanks very much. I also just got off the phone with Tammy Chen and she told me to don't worry and that it should update within a day or two. And she told me if it doesn't then I should go decline the offer from York and then email them again about it. And yes I'm not expecting it to show up on OUAC since I'm a UofT internal applicant as well. For now my status says "Awaiting"

I am finishing up 3 prerequisites this semester for UofT and York and waiting to submit my final grades soon, then hopefully I will hear back after those are done! Anyone else still finishing up prerequisites?
My status is still "application received" though I already have my bachelor's degree and I'm just finishing up a full course credit for human physiology through UofT's online school.

I also graduated a while back and I'm just completing prereqs now too! Good luck to everyone still waiting! I hope we all get into our first choice schools.

University of Calgary starts jan Winter term for degree route. CGPA usually around 3.7 to 3.8 and higher.
Concerning trent university I got a response today, when you are offered honors science they won't offer you nursing program again. So I think once you have prerequisites still ongoing/incomplete as at the point they are making admission decision they won't offer admission into nursing but into honors science.

My status at JoinUofT changed to accepted today so I think I'm officially admitted. I think yours should be updated as well!

Offers expire on the 17th from first round so I’m sure more will come out after then ?
