Hi All,
I'm starting this thread for folks who are looking for an online statistics class, as I was a few months ago. I hope it is helpful!
I am in my 3rd week of University of Rochester's online statistics course, which is given through the School of Nursing's online prerequisite program.
So far I'm finding the class challenging but not impossible. I like the textbook because it's written specifically for nurses so all of the lessons and examples feel relevant and useful. The professor posts helpful videos in addition to assigning info from the book. Your final grade is the average of all of your weekly quiz grades. There are no exams.
I got an A on my first quiz and a B+ on my second. The quizzes are hard but fair.
The cost of the class is about $1100.00. Not inexpensive, but I'm pleased with my choice.
Good luck all of you!

Thanks for posting. I will have to see if this class is approved as the prerequisite for the UVA DNP program.

Im 2 years late lol but Im glad you gave your review of the course. I am actually about to pay for this course. What attracted me to it was the fact that the only evaluations are quizzes.
