I think it will be quite difficult to find an online RN program. I personally have never heard of one, but they may be out there. The RN (whether it be your ADN or BSN) requires a great deal of clinical work and hands-on work. Therefore, it is very difficult, and probably dangerous, to create a totally online RN program. BSN and MSN programs can be easy to do online because those programs requires mostly humanity, informative, and conceptual type classes; rather than hands on work. But good luck with your endevours! :)
The clinicals are not online, just the coursework. :)
A&M Corpus Christi has a online BSN program, I think. There is one ADN program somewhere, but I didn't bookmark it like I thought I did.
The problem I saw with the ADN program was that you had to have stupid classes like economics,..stuff I don't have already.
I didn't see what the costs looked like for either.

I was under the impression that you did course work offline, and clinics at a hospital in your area.I do not have an LPN license either.
You're thinking of Indiana State or Deaconess. Look them up online.
I'm not totally familiar with their programs but I know that those two school offer a way to become an RN via distance learning.
I think that with Indiana you have to be an LPN but I believe that Deaconess takes you the whole way through.
Once you get your RN, BSN and MSN programs online are a dime a dozen.
I think I saw one through the University of Wisconsin Osk Kosh but I didn't save the link. You had to find local preceptors to do clinicals and travel to the univerisity I think 2 or 3 times during the program which was 1 year I think.
I found the link, it's an accelerated program for people who have a bachelor's degree in another field:
