Lake Superior College (out of Duluth, MN) has a good one - http://www.lsc.edu - not super easy, but not very demanding - their instructors are good, and I remember more from that class than some of my other online ones.

Hi, I'm presently taking an online nutrition course and it's going well. I'm taking it at http://gwinnetttech.edu located in Georgia. This is my first online class but I feel confident about the course. Check it out maybe this is what you are looking for... good luck to you in your search.:typing .

Hi-

I took my nutrition class on line at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA. It was an anytime/anywhere class, resonable and it allowed me to take another class at the college. I did all the work and submitted in in folders/envelopes to my teacher who resonded very quickly and then took the tests at the test center. It was a class that transfered also to a 4 yr college. Good Luck
