Wanted to start a blog on anyone trying for the Spring 2014 ADN program at San Jacinto. Going to take my first HESI A2 test on Aug. 28 and I am a little nervous. Hope I do well. I am still trying to get everything together so that I can turn in but all these injections and titters are driving me crazy. Has anyone else taken the HESI yet? any pointer you can give me?

On the spread sheet i'm not seeing the course #'s 1215 &1413 the only one that I see is 1160&1144 could anyone help me out?

there are tabs at the bottom of the page for each class, you can switch over to view all the classes

What spread sheet is everyone talking about. Did we receive an email regarding registration that I did not get? I am totally lost to what you guys are talking about.

Rnsoon1415 posted this today which shows how to locate the schedules/spread sheets. I haven't received any other information regarding it.

"You guys' schedules have been up for a few weeks now. Sorry to hear that you have had so many issues!

This should help!!!

Log on to blackboard. Click on the San Jac Life tab. Next, go to browse organization catalog. Put RNSG in to the search field. Next click on ADN RNSG (there should be a little arrow down under the title, click it). Click enroll. Accept. Now you should be on the ADN side of blackboard. Click on course schedules on the left side. Now spring 2014 then new students. There you will have all the information to register for your classes.

So after we go on to the course schedules and get the correct CRN numbers, do we go on SOS to register?

As for the shoes- Shoes for clinicals have to be white. However, for classes I believe that we can wear black or white. I tried my hardest to find a pair of tennis shoes that are as white as possible (since they have to be leather and not mesh). Mine have black soles and a tiny bit of grey in the nike symbol.

I am pretty late to this forum but congratulations to everyone who was accepted and thank you for all the information posted.Regarding next week, based on the blackboard schedule as of now we should only register for RNSG 1215 Health Assessment and RNSG 1413 Foundations for our assigned time/date. Did anyone gather any other/different information?[/quote']you schedule for classes 1160 and 1144 also.

It should be fixed now, admin has unblocked the courses to register to if you have the CRN #. I'm having trouble finding the "Course Content" tab to print orientation forms on blackboard. This was mentioned on announcements today from Foundations. Any one else?

Hi everyone my name is Sandra i got accepted into the nursing program for Spring. I had been reading up on this forum but never actually registered until now. I found the spreadsheet but i'm confused for example in RNSG 1413 i'm listed as afternoon 1200-1450 CRN 20635 but when i try to register there is no such CRN and the one that matches the class 1413.103 is morning ? it's so confusing!

Anyway what kind of shoes did you guys get and where i was relying on some nikes i thought i had in the closet that were all black but then my mom just informed me she gave those away, now i don't know what kind to get and from where!
