San Jacinto ADN Spring 2014

Wanted to start a blog on anyone trying for the Spring 2014 ADN program at San Jacinto. Going to take my first HESI A2 test on Aug. 28 and I am a little nervous. Hope I do well. I am still trying to get everything together so that I can turn in but all these injections and titters are driving me crazy. Has anyone else taken the HESI yet? any pointer you can give me?

Catherine did they give the list of books?
no they did not. I was talking to one of the current students there and they said we probably will not get a book list until a few days before class begins..I hope she is wrong. I hate putting things off to the last second. If we had the list now we could start looking at used book prices.

I went to the book store and the bundle she was talking about is $399+tax, I hope they tell us sooner than a few days b4 class they seem to think we all just have money sitting in our bank accounts waiting to be spent lol Thx Catherine!!

I didn't even think to ask the people in the book store if they could give me a print out of those books I have to go back up there Thursday I'll ask them then.

if you get a copy of the that list...please please post..we have four weeks till school starts ...I would love to have that extra time to find some good deals on those books.

I recall the health assessment professor saying that the book list is available in the book store. I'm going to check there soon as i want to buy elsewhere and save a little.

Catherine, did you win a book or some other raffle prise? I remember hearing ya name called out.

I called the bookstore today the lady was willing to give me the names of the books in the bundle but she was really busy so I just told her I would stop by ,when I get the list I'll be sure to post it.

I went up to the campus today to turn in the physical. the office is closed on Friday for the break. registration should open up on Jan 6th. And then we can get our classes. Can't get school photo id till then. Took pics of books & bundles in bookstore so I'll post that after i can look at them. So far there are no books for NRSG 1144 & 1160. At least the bookstore didn't have them so those may be hands on classes. What i was told.
