Riverside City College: Spring 2017

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Greetings all future RN students. I just wanted to start a thread for any potential applicants who will be applying to riverside city college RN program this September for Spring 2017. Let's all get together on this thread and share experiences as well as answer questions. I know the application period is 6 months away, but it will be here before you know it!

Hi, I will also be applying this September. How many points is everybody at? I am at either 75 or 80 I need to talk to Jackie to confirm.

Hey everyone! I'm also applying in September. I just had a meeting with Jackie today. She's so awesome I definitely suggest to set up a time to meet with her! I'm at 95 points. I just have to get my a&p courses cleared by sending her the syllabus. If that goes well then I should be good! Won't feel okay until I get my acceptance letter tho. :/

Hello! 95 points sounds like a guarantee to get in! You should be fine!

I am applying

science gpa 3.6

gen gpa 3.2

i have 70 points I think but I need to take the new teas test and hopefully get a better grade

thank you! Well..even though I have such good points, Jackie couldn't say i'm safe for sure because the course eval dept can be so picky.. and its an out of state course soo eek. I'm crossing my fingers!

September is almost here! Good luck everyone!!

Application period is here! I wish everyone luck :)

my courses were cleared! I'm eligible to apply and just sent in my application!

now our waiting game begins... good luck everyone!!

Do any of you know if we have to submit TEAS test again through ATI testing? I applied last year, but did not get in.

I think so. You can use 5 or 6 right? Lol

I just sent my application in. Good luck guys. I hope we all get in!

Just submitted my transcript from last semester and am going to wait for it to be cleared before submitting my application. Does anyone know how to verify if our TEAS V results were sent to RCC already? And also, do they want a photocopy of our CNA licensed hand delivered or emailed along with the application? Thanks in advance and best wishes to everyone!
