Good luck as you wait for your results. I feel bad that you guys in California are having to wait so long for your results. My state participates in the quick results and by the next day I was soooooo stressed. I can't imagine having to wait so long. (((( HUGS ))))

those who took nclex for california are being tested not just for their rn/lpn competency but also for their patience. so for all of us cali nclex takers, just hang in there. let's move on with our lives while waiting for the results, especially those who doesn't have ssn, it will take a while (the whole 4 weeks or less hopefully) for results. a scoop of chocolate ice cream with almonds or a slice of chocolate cake would be a nice reward. let's not forget the good effect of chocolate, when you're already down and stressed with waiting.
Passed!!!!!!!!! yay for me

What I find quite odd is that everyone knows about the wait for the results for CA; this is not anything new at all.
And if one does not possess a SSN#, then they are not issued a license so their name is not up on the website for CA either. This is also not anything new and actually why CA is never recommended for licensure in the the first place if one does not possess a SSN#.
You can also look at it the other way, other states wait until they actually have the transcripts in hand before they will permit a nurse to sit for the exam; you could be waiting more than six weeks to test from the start as well as the Bureau that oversees the LVN license could actually charge one for the license as every other state does even when one does not pass and they have to pay over again each time for testing.
Best of luck to those you that are waiting.
