  1. Can someone please e-mail me this list. I would most appreciative.
  2. HireMe congrats on finding a position even if it meant going out of state. Unfortunately I am in the same shoes as everyone else and I've been looking since this past March. Can you please provide me with the list as well? Thanks in advance. Good luck with your career. God Bless!!!
  3. Congrats :) I wish you the best in your nursing career
  4. Your story sounds very familiar to mine. I graduated Decemeber 2007 and have taken the NCLEX-RN 4 times. I had several personal issues that affected my ability to focus and prepare. I just recently passed the NCLEX and I know you can do it too. It is never too late. You worked so hard to graduate from nursing school to get to this point. This is the last hill to climb and you are almost at the top. Stay positive and always remind yourself "I can do it" Self fulfilling prophecies really do work. :)
  5. I took my exam on the 18th (this past wednesday) and tried the trick as soon as I got home. I got the same message you mentioned above. I tried thursday and friday and still got the same message. At the time it helped relieve my anxiety because based on what people were reporting here getting that message meant more than likely you passed. Well this morning at 5 AM i checked and my name was on the BRN website. The trick did work for me so I think it is safe to say that you passed. Overall don't use this trick as a means of finding out officially if you pass or fail. Use it as a way to relieve some anxiety while you wait. Nothing is official until the board makes their final decision but the odds are in your favor if you recieved that message. Good luck. :)
  6. Thanks for the kind words everyone. It was the NCLEX-RN that I passed BeeNursey10 :) v_conscious_nurse the first three times I attempted the exam all I did mainly for preperation was practice NCLEX questions. After failing three times I decided that I had to restructure my studying and come up with a different game plan. After some careful planning I decided that I should read my entire Kaplan prep book front to back so that I can become more familiar again with the content. I strongly believe that it was a combination of studying content as well as using Saunders/Kaplan questions that helped me pass. The content helped to rebuild the foundation and the questions helped to reinforce the content. I also made a conscious effort to take my time, go slow and relax. You can do it!!!!!!! :)
  7. I can't believe this. I am on cloud 9 right now!!!! I finally passed after 4 attempts. There was a point where I wanted to give up but I told myself to keep on going. Never underestamate the power of determination. If I can do it anyone can. If you put your mind to it anything is possible. Thank you everyone on this board who supported me through all the rough times. Thank you Lord for everything you have done for me.
  8. I PASSED EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy right now. Words cannot describe how happy I am right now. If you put your mind to it ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! I will continue to pray for everyone else. The best of luck to you all.
  9. I too was worried this morning because in the past almost all my buddies saw there names within 2-3 days. I actually stayed up all morning yesterday just to check to see if my name was there at 5:00 AM. When I woke up I reminded myself that the Board is closed today since they are closed on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. I am hoping for Monday or Tuesday to see my name. Its been brutal these past couple of months typing in my name and reading "no records found" Its like being stabbed in the heart. I have faith in HIM and I know He will hear our prayers. God is GOOD!!!!!! :)
  10. Waiting is definately the hardest part. I was really hoping to see my name today on the BRN's website so that I could celebrate wih family and friends over the weekend. Oh well I'm just gonna have to postpone that :) BTW I had about 5 SATA, TONS of meds, and mainly prioritization and delegation. Didn't see too much infection control maybe about 5 or so. No dosage claculations whatsoever. Exam ended at 75. I am very confident that we all passed. If it weren't for the "trick" my anxiety would be through the roof right now LOL
  11. Congratulations. It always gives me a good feeling when someone passes.
  12. Hello everyone. This past wednesday was my fourth time taking the NCLEX-RN and I am extremely exhausted . I studied my butt off for this last exam and now comes the hardest part.......THE WAIT. I know it can take any where from 2-4 weeks to get results but almost everyone close to me found out within days. I just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck and was hoping if you can post here if/when you recieve your results. This usually gives me an idea as to when I should be expecting mine. Thanks and I will keep everyone in my prayers. :)
  13. What I'm curious about with those that got to the cc screen is if that happened the day of/after the exam or a few days later. I wonder if you have to give the board 2 days or so to process the results before you can rely on this "trick" I'm still praying this works for me too since I also cannot get to the cc screen which is supposedly a "good sign" Overall I know everything is finalized by the board but it sure does help with anxiety while I wait. I don't kow whats harder, taking the exam or waiting for the results :)
  14. I've got my fingers crossed that this so-called "trick" works for me. I took my exam yesterday and it shut off at 75. I left the testing center feeling alright. Not overwhelmed like the last time I took the exam. Last night and today I tried re-registering and it will not let me got to the CC info. I've got my fingers crossed. :) Please oh please let this be it. Yesterday was my fourth time sitting
  15. EXCELLENT advice and congratulations!!!!! You deserved it :)
