I graduated late 2007 & I still haven't passed the NCLEX for RN. It's been a year & a half. I had personal problens that is why It took me this long. I know it sounds like an excuse, but there are some things that delayed me from taking the test again. Now I'm back reviewing.. really determmined to pass.. & find a job (an RN job). Is it too late for me?

OMG it reminds me when I was a student.. I didn't pass out but I got really pale & I feel nauseated when I was watching an operation in the OR.Thanks for sharing!

I was so touched by your story! You didn't fail her at all, it was the dtr and the dr who refused to follow the pt's wishes. At least you understand what she is going through & she can feel that. God Bless your heart! :redpinkhe

I'm not sure about Kaplan myself but I know people who pass just studying that. I think it would be safer if you study that with something else, like.. Suzanne's review. My friend used that and she passed. It's highly recommended. I didn't pass on my first attempt and bow i'm trying to get into Suzzane's review. Good luck on your test! :wink2:

I saw the one that you posted, I printed it out so it will help me in my studies.. It is much better, much moooore shorter and easier to understand than just remembering each drugs. Thanks again for your help!! I really appreciate it!

Does anyone have any better way to study meds, coz even when i't in school this is really my hated subject... i'ts really hard for me. They all sound the same, with same side effects. It's going to be my second time taking the boars so I really need to pass this time! And is there any tips on how to study better, Iam used in momorizing stuff (that is what i'm used to), and now there is a lot of topics to study and i find it very confusing now. I find myself looking back to the previous stuff that I already studied and it is taking a lot of time. I'm having an overload, and my brain seems to be deleting some of the things that I studied. I think i'm in trouble!
