This morning I have received a VERY suprising and VERY welcoming phone call. For those who read my previous post remembered how I said a nurse recruiter told me that the NICU at one hospital I wanted to work at told me that they don't have any more new grad positions available. Well, the nurse manager of the NICU called me today and want me to come in for a interview. It is not for another week but I am so excited. I am really hoping that I will get this job. This is what I have REALLY wanted to do and I was at the point were I may have to start else where. I am not setting my hopes up to high because apparently there are several people intereviewing but I am will remain very optimisitic. I feel like I am really dreaming.
YAY!!! Go get' em!! I'll be crossing my fingers that they not only want you, but that you still want to work there after this interview! I hope all goes well for you. GOOD LUCK!!
This is wonderful news! Keep that positive and upbeat attitude and let us know how it turns out for you. I'm sending "good luck" vibes your way for a successful interview!!!
