ok guys it comes down to it., im taking the NCLEX tomorrow

Published

i have been coming here to allnurse since last year. i came here for support, questions, answers about HESI, Kaplan, and NCLEX even for random vent or ponder about nursing.

im so nervous. its my last day before the test. they say not to study but who actually doesnt study? this is suppose to be the biggest day of your life. if this is the first time and maybe even every time you do it take it if your a repeat, right. crazy thought go through your minds: will i pass, dont pass, do you know it, can you do it, are you ready, should u reschedule, did you study enough, or maybe you cant be a nurse.... evil thought NO!!!!

think optimistically!! breath. relax. you worked hard. you studied, didnt party. you kept doing questions. sometimes you did well and somestimes you suck, but you keep at it because you want to be a REGISTERED NURSE!

and so this is my last day before the test. i just wanted to vent. im not doing quesstions at all. im just reviewing kaplan strategies, looking at pass questions trainers trying to understand my right and wrongs. trying to survive all my crazy anxious thoughts...

I let everyone know that the Pearson Vue website will be down. It sucks because Hawaii has a 5 hours difference. By the time I can see my results, the website will be down.

i am debating if I should call the 900# to find out my NCLEX results. Did anyone ever do this? I know its an extra $1 compared to checking online, but I am so anxious to know and I cant wait for the website.... I just wanna know already. Cant even mess around with the trick since the website wont let you reschedule, cancel or access the Person Vue account.

UPDATE: I got a letter from the Hawaii Board of Nursing today, 2 days after I took my NCLEX RN on March 12, 2009. I found out that I am a REGISTERED NURSE!!! I passed my NCLEX with 75 questions, 10 SATA, and 15 medication, no mediation calculations or OB questions. yay I am so happy now I have to find a job... but Hawaii is not new-grad friendly at all...

THANK YOU ALLURSES FOR THE SUPPORT!!!
