OHSU 2018 Waitlist // Alternate List

Hello Everyone!

I thought I'd start a thread for those who applied to OHSU for the 2018 year and were placed on the alternate list. My hope is that we can semi- keep track of wait list movement on this forum.

I applied to the Ashland campus for the ABSN and the BSN programs. I was waitlisted as "highly likely" for the ABSN, and I have not heard from the BSN program yet.

Anyone else out there?

I haven't heard anything at all. I am guessing they will start making their way through the list very soon.

Same! I'm on here multiple times a day, hoping someone has heard something!! I am also a highly likely alternate so this wait is killing me!!

I haven't heard anything at all. I am guessing they will start making their way through the list very soon.

I really hope so!! I'm thinking this coming week, some alternates should be hearing back.

Has anyone emailed the OHSU program office? They usually get back to us pretty quick but not sure if they would tell you anything.

I emailed last week and they sent back a very generic, automated message that said they can't say how many alternates there are or where I am on the waitlist even though that's not at all what I asked lol. @roseygibbs4 called and they said they are starting to work on the alternate list now as well as following up with people that haven't accepted or sent in deposits. That was last Tuesday

Yeah I got that email too a while back (had nothing to do with my questions either). Hmmm... I bet there will be some good movement soon! I know plenty of OHSU declines, both accepted and alternate, so I know they will probably need 10-20 from their alternate list.
