Hi,
Anyone else out there getting anxious to hear from OHSU's Portland campus for their BSN program? They said they'll notify in early May which is still a month away, but I just want to know now! It's my first time applying and the only program that I applied to this year, so I'm not counting on it.
Good luck to everyone!
:)
I dont know and wont see him again til Thursday. I was so sad when he told me that. My friend called OHSU after I told her and she said basically said the lady was stuttering like she was didn't know what to say and ended up with the answer of only selected applicants got emails. So I think she was caught off guard because the email was maybe supposed to be confidential or something.
I applied to KF location with 3.66 GPA and Psych class in progress ( I already had on the transcript, from 10 years ago, got a B barely speaking English). I am so worried that they took a look at my transcript from PSU, from my younger days, and decided that I am a retard.
Does anyone know if diversity plays any role in their selection?
Well I got a letter today!!, unfortunately it was from the previous renters high school reunion committee, another one asking from a car payment, an offer for lawn service, and thankfully I can get a 10 dollar pizza at the local shop with a new coupon. Nothing from OHSU. Instead of that email 2 weeks ago OHSU should have sent out an informational letter with a scrip for Xanax, it would read: "thank you for your application to OHSU SON Portland, the acceptance results will be out soon, in the mean time take one pill in the morning and in the evening before bed, when thinking about acceptance letters immediately chew two pills for relief, additional you will need to wait 2 weeks, if your anxiety symptoms don't self resolve please contact your primary care physician." If they are making phone calls or pre-pre-acceptance letter emails they should be kind enough to fax of the scrip for the needed Xanax to my pharmacy. I can provide that number.
