Hello everyone! I know it's early before our applications need to be submitted, but I wanted to go ahead and create this early on to support and encourage one another/check in during this coming application cycle. I know this year may be a little more difficult because of COVID (since CSU East Bay cancelled their applications) = potentially more competition.
I haven't taken my TEAS yet... but I'm estimating my points applying to Ohlone will be 87 points. Do you think this will be enough to make the cut?
Hi unfortunately you need to have attended an info session in order to have the application available to you...check the website if there are anymore via zoom. If not, then unfortunately the application can’t be made available and considered unless you attended.

As long as you include it in the packet, your application is good to go.
Weather or not you should send it to school depends if you plan on taking other Non nursing courses. If your not taking any other courses then you don't have to worry about it
My school does not have anyone working in the A&R office so they are not mailing out transcripts. Anyone else have this problem? Thinking of printing my unofficial to include in the packet.
Vanessa I had the same problem. In the zoom meeting they said that we could print out unofficial transcripts and include it in the packet if our school isn’t mailing them out. But you do have to order e-transcripts for Ohlone’s A&R

87 points. I got accepted to EVC and accepted my seat. I’m waiting to see if EVC proceeds with their pilot program with SJSU this year. if they do, I’ll be moving forward with them. (basically it’s a 2.5 year ADN/BSN) If not, then Ohlone is my second option if I get in.

Congrats!! I got accepted to EVC as an alternate and they’re my first choice. I’m hoping they do go through with the new program ?
