Who else is in?

I've had some time off due to a funding snafu, so it's going to be interesting dealing with a class, a toddler, and working nights.

I'm in!

And apparently I'm part of this new project using an online simulated client. Should be interesting.

That does sound interesting... we aren't doing that in my section!

Specializes in ED.

I'm in.

Ok I'm glad to hear others are not doing the 'virtual' patient. I was getting worried that I was missing something that was sent !!!! Lol

Let's hear it for a fast and uneventful 5 weeks!!! We can do this !!!

Specializes in Pediatric Hem/Onc.

That kinda sucks.....now you HAVE to do the actual assessments lol

Specializes in ER.

Yeah, I have a real person I think. I needed to get a consent

I'm using my husband... easy peasy.

Hmmm... my course is now missing from Blackboard. Went to submit an assignment and it had disappeared. All TA contact info is in there, so I can't even get to that to find out what's up.

Anyone else having issues?

I'm in...the workload for this class seems to be a bit high compared to the others. Looks like my vacation to Mexico right after this class ends will be well deserved :)

True. But I don't have to do the HESI exams, and I think there may even be a few other assignments I don't need to do.

Either way, it's a bunch of work.

Specializes in ER.

I will say that this class was easier than 4510 for me trying to do both at the same time. I had HESI and the physical assessment templates.

I'm just finishing the course, and after learning the mechanics, the virtual patient is pretty nice. We could do the assessment as many times as we needed, and turn in the best try. You submit at the end then look at what you did and where you can improve. By the end, I only needed to do it once. Good luck.
