This is so horrible.... All of my classmates have jobs lined up and it actually states on their website that it's only take 3 business days to activate our license after passing the board, it has been more than that since I took mine and this is crazy. All my classmates passed have jobs lines up in my area and all of them need to be licensed by August which means more than 50 new grads will lose their jobs because of the board !!!!!
My employer he's short staff and he needs me to start very soon. I've been working in the same unit as an aid, so after passing the board he couldn't keep me as an aid and scheduled my RN orientation on the 14th so lets hope to hear something from them.... It's so sad to keep stressing about things out of your hand and it's more frustrating to lose job and sit around for months because the board need months to process their license and ATT's.
The Ohio Board has been converting their license system to a new system. They were unable to process new licenses or applications from around June 27 until July 1. And then there was a holiday thrown in there, so they were closed on 07/04. They almost certainly have a backlog of things to work through after the down time. If you know you passed ( from the Pearson quick results) your license should be posted soon.

Hi, I would appreciate any help if someone experience with Ohio board of nursing. I passed my NCLEX 8 days ago and passed it. I scheduled my NCLEX after 9 weeks of waiting for my ATT to show up and I took the NCLEX few days after that because my future employer asked me to pass it by July 14 in order to start orientation and I need to pass the board before that date. Well I passed now and still on the bon website pending and actually it states on their website it take maximum up to 3 business days to activate my license after passing the NCLEX. I'm so sick of this board, they don't even answer phones or emails or anything, how should I get my license information from this board if there's no way to contact them?
