Just enrolled for the nursing program, hoping I choose the right on when it asked for either as or aas.....I choose aas?
Now what, do I just wait for a counselor to get a hold of me and how long does that usually take? Super excited to get started with transitions first as I will just follow the order excelsior has them in.
Yes, I wanted to get everything I could completed before spending the $ on enrolling. I only had to do info lit and contemporary math. So should just have the nursing classes left. Also do not have to do nurse 105 because of my lpn being under 5 years.
Go ahead and download the transition content guide and start studying! You might be ready to test by the time they get your transcript review done! I used studygroup101 and didn't even need my books, they are pretty thorough.
Yes, the website is: Home, that is where you will find the study guide. The content outline comes from Excelsior. Once Excelsior reviews your transcripts you will receive a M.A.P. (My Academic Plan) and just go from there. :)
If you click "Home" on my comment above it will take you directly to Study Group 101's website. I don't know why it showed up like that:unsure: But hey, it works.
The website is studyguide101.com or you can google it if you are having issues. You can download right away the audio book you can listen to and/or the notes with review questions and flash card. That's what I did and I am going to take my test tomorrow. Good luck
Ah, well since I paid my $1065, I would've thought it would be done a little quicker, but oh well. Can you still sign up for the classes without having this MAP thing done?
