Oct 2014 CRNE Result COUNTDOWN

World Canada CRNE

Published

Hello Colleagues!!I wrote the CRNE yesterday! GOODLUCK!! It's a mixed of hard & easy questions! I'm crossing my fingers & praying so hard to get a "PASS" result.. :saint:

Since I have been following this thread and getting some comfort from those that have left comments since we wrote the exam in October, I thought it would be nice to help people get some assurance that the results are coming in!! I got mine at approximately 1105 this morning and I passed by Gods grace!!!!! I live in Toronto Ontario, North York to be precise. All the best to those still waiting for their results!

congratulations. you receive it in big or small envelop, did you receive it along with the CRNE certificate from the CNA.

I believe the OP meant the pass percentage on the first attempt. This is where English language skills and curriculum are of paramount importance. Those who were educated in another country and whose English language comprehension is shaky will struggle with the wording of both questions and responses. There's always a certain amount of reading between the lines... as in the quoted post. I knew what s/he meant and you didn't.

The passing rate or percentage for the IEN is 30 % and for Canadian is 85 % and some years 89% look to the report from the CNA.

Hi guys, I am glad to inform you that I have passed the October 1st CRNE exam and I received my result today by mail.

Sorry I meant percentage of IENS who passed!

And I got my envelope today, thankfully I passed.

If we have a temporary license, when does our status on the CNO Find a Nurse website change?

Specializes in MedSurg.

Just want to share with you guys that I passed the Oct CRNE. :-)

Woot, passed here too (Markham). Thankfully that I did, this was my 2nd try on the CRNE & of course this was the last CRNE so alot rode on it for me.

For those who passed.. is it a thick/thin/regular letter sized/bigger envelope?

If you know some one who did not pass.. what is the pass mark around?

It's a small envelope and it's thin. There's only two sheets of paper inside it. If you fail you still get a small envelope but it's thick cuz there's lots of papers inside it.

This is depressing. I did mine in Toronto. Feels like everyone is getting their results, but me. :(

Got mine today, Passed
