  1. Does anyone know what the "Average scaled score of passing candidates" were for this exam? In June they were: PP 651 NCP 666 H&H 636 CH 589 K/C 661 A 628 CT 596 Im just curious to see if people who passed had higher scores now than in June. Btw i just used the acronyms (ex. PP stands for Professional Practice, K/C Knowledge/Comprehension, etc.)
  2. You will don't worry. Im sure the results have been mailed out but it's up to the postal service now.
  3. Don't worry about it. I did my first try in June 2014(i failed) and people got their letter throughout the week. Some ppl got it on a Monday while others had to wait till Friday. It's really up to the efficiency of the postal service how fast it gets to you.
  4. It's a small envelope and it's thin. There's only two sheets of paper inside it. If you fail you still get a small envelope but it's thick cuz there's lots of papers inside it.
  5. Woot, passed here too (Markham). Thankfully that I did, this was my 2nd try on the CRNE & of course this was the last CRNE so alot rode on it for me.
  6. Does anyone know what the passing score for this exam was? It's usually 550, but idk.
  7. Nothing in Markham either.
  8. What other options are there for someone with a BScN degree other than nursing. Just something to keep in mind in case I ever get too frustrated and want to do something else.
  9. Id say D. These are all possible solutions but D seems like the most immediate thing you could do. Followed by administering oxygen, then calling the physician, and then giving lasix. Since all the answers are possible solutions & it asks us for the immediate action, would it be a good strategy to rank from 1st to 4th each option for questions such as this.
  10. Sounds like you chose A. But the thing it is says "increase oral fluid consumption to 3L per day". That doesnt sound like something that would address the patient's needs right away. B & C don't address the temperature. So I will say go with D. Honestly in the real world you would assess the patient more before reporting to the MD.
