Hello Colleagues!!I wrote the CRNE yesterday! GOODLUCK!! It's a mixed of hard & easy questions! I'm crossing my fingers & praying so hard to get a "PASS" result.. :saint:

Any news about the result during the last hours? if any body got anything during the night please update us. Thank you.

I passed the June exam. Regarding the passing score, you only receive what the score needed to pass when you FAIL, when a person passes, it will just say pass.

if unsuccessful, they will receive a Performance Profile outlining which categories they performed well or poorly in (ie Changes in health, professional practice etc)

omg. I find this to be a small form of torture. Waiting is brutal. Why do IEN have a pass mark of 70%? Is it English being a second language that is a factor?

The pass mark will vary from IEN to someone who trained in the country as the universities will prepare the students to sit the exam where as IEN's will have been prepared for their own exam in their own country

Thanks for that. It's a bit different from where I trained (Australia) but not much. I'm hoping that results will be in this week. I find it really annoying that they can't say that either results have been posted or something to that effect on their website. Damn annoying actually. But I'm sure everyone is going thru the same thing.

yep, three times a year we see this and don't expect it to change. Only difference will be for RN it will be the NCLEX and everyone moaning about that

Since I have been following this thread and getting some comfort from those that have left comments since we wrote the exam in October, I thought it would be nice to help people get some assurance that the results are coming in!! I got mine at approximately 1105 this morning and I passed by Gods grace!!!!! I live in Toronto Ontario, North York to be precise. All the best to those still waiting for their results!

I believe the OP meant the pass percentage on the first attempt. This is where English language skills and curriculum are of paramount importance. Those who were educated in another country and whose English language comprehension is shaky will struggle with the wording of both questions and responses. There's always a certain amount of reading between the lines... as in the quoted post. I knew what s/he meant and you didn't.
