Haven't seen a post for this yet but since applications are open I figured I'd start one! Anyone else trying to get in for this fall? How many points are you applying with?
My son declined his offer the same day that he received it due to the wedding & he received an email back saying that they would offer his spot to the next alternate. I am sure that it just takes time. I know its not easy waiting, but I am sure you got in & probably several others like you.
Hey everyone! I’ve been following this post for awhile, just haven’t chimed in ? I received my acceptance letter today!
I was alternate #8 with a 3.59 GPA. This was actually my 3rd time applying to the program. I started my college journey in 2020 at 23.
I first applied to the 2021 Traditional Fall program with 13 points (can’t remember my GPA) but got waitlisted at #104. Second attempt was the 2022 Traditional Spring program with 15 points and a GPA of 3.59 but got waitlisted at #32.
I’m super excited to meet you all!

The lesson that I learnt is to study consistently. Especially right after the lecture, go through the contents of the lecture the same day. After the first term, I consistently studied atleast 2 hours a day whether it's a clinical day or a campus day. I know clinical rotations can take a toll especially when it's from 5 AM to 3 PM on consecutive days but small adjustments can bring a feel good factor and confidence. I'm 35, I have two daughters. I'm sure if I can do it, everyone can do it.
PS: I love my sleep and had to make compromise with it ?
