OCCC Traditional Fall 2022

Haven't seen a post for this yet but since applications are open I figured I'd start one! Anyone else trying to get in for this fall? How many points are you applying with?

25… higher than I thought since I only got to apply with 14 points! I knew it would be a shot in the dark. After this semester I will have 20 points but I just couldn’t swing going to school at night with having 3 little ones. My husband works over the road so he’s gone 85% of the year!

Oh hopefully you’ll make it! A lot of people apply multiple places and usually at least a couple get knocked out by the drug and background checks.

Last semester I know that a girl who was 21st on the alternate list and they got accepted. That was a month after acceptance letters went out, so who’s to say #25 didn’t get in as well.  So don’t count yourself out just yet!

My son got in & has already decided to wait until next semester d/t he is getting married in October & the honeymoon is the first week of clinicals. So I am sure you are in!

This makes me feel reassured, but also sad that I’m happy. Tell your son congratulations on getting married! I’m sure it was a bittersweet decision to decide to wait.
