OCCC Traditional Fall 2021

Published

I just applied to Oklahoma City Community College's traditional program for fall 2021! Anyone else?

if my calculations are correct, I have 17 preference points which is pretty solid. I think 15-16 is usually the cut off, but I know they've had a ridiculous influx of applications the last couple semesters, so we'll see!

I understand, but unfortunately, we are only able to review the most recent application, per the application guidelines.  The fee uploaded was for the test.

So because I accidentally uploaded the wrong receipt, even though I submitted the receipt the first time, they will not review my application. Sucks.

UPDATE: I'M IN! So excited to meet y'all!

Yay! Congratulations!

how long does it take after the deadline for them to announce if you got accepted or not?

What happens if you don't get accepted, but you've already taken all the pre-reqs?  Any advice? Should I apply to other nursing schools also, just to try to secure a spot?

Acceptance letters were sent out originally in May. I think acceptances continue to be sent when someone declines or drops out up until the day of orientation or the first day of class, but I'm not sure.

If you're high on the waitlist, there's a chance you could still get in for fall. I recommend applying again for Spring and applying to other programs like Rose State, Redlands, OSU-OKC...

Specializes in Phlebotomy/MA.

How long did it take to get the acceptance letter??
