I am currently getting my Associates in Liberal Arts which will cover all of my pre reqs and gen ed classes for both an ADN and BSN program (except for one upper division class I'll have to get later).
Going directly from and ADN to an RN to BSN program appeals to me because I'll basically be able to get my entire BSN part-time (There's no part-time option for traditional BSN at the school I'll be applying to.). I have three kids from ages 1-9 so part-time could really help with juggling everything. However, I will probably apply to both the ADN and BSN programs when the time comes and see what happens.
So, what I'm asking is: Does anyone know if I can get my ADN, pass NCLEX, and go directly into an RN to BSN program? I'm sure this could greatly depend on the school and whether they want to accept someone without nursing experience.
