OCCC Spring 2011 hopefulls!!!!!

Hi all...I didnt get in for the fall but I am trying again for the Spring 2011...just seeing who else is trying for Spring...I am more excited this time because I have more points this time and if it is about the same as it was for the fall I should get in with out a problem :D

I have: 17pts, and 3.25 GPA

ok this is officially ridiculous! fall didn't wait this long and neither did last spring.....so someone obviously is slacking on their job duties! And i'm wondering how many weeks they are gonna say they will be sent out next week??! ....some of us have to plan an entire semester and what they do till the end of this semester based on this letter!!!

Hey guys I'm currently an NP1 student and yes the wait time is horrible!!!!!!!! We waited over 2 1/2 months for a acceptance letter! I turned mine in on the day of the deadline and didn't get a letter till 1 or 2 days before June. Some didn't get their lettered till after June. So to the poster above saying we got our quick, now you know otherwise ;-) I was in your shoes not to long ago and believe me when you get accepted the wait is completely worth it! Good luck!

to clarify....I was a applocant for the fall...i didnt mean the whole process was quick, as it took forever to just get the verification letters. But it was faster in that we got the 2nd letters sooner after we got the verification letters, so ill give them that at least we got the verification letters faster, but now waiting for the second one is torture

I told you! Next week!! I also heard a rumor from "an inside source" that 17 was the cutoff...

yay...the cutoff makes me more excited & more nervous...did your "inside source" happen to tell you the gpa cutoff too? guess ill be stalking the mailman next week :lol2:

It was a friend of mine who was told that 17 was the cutoff. That is all she said. Sorry!

maybe we will get lucky and they mailed them off friday...that would mean that they should come tomorrow...i know wishful thinking huh?:D

I know the cut off was 17 last semester.. I just hope its 17 or lower

so i got an email back from admissions, but all i got out of them was that they would be sent this week...grrr
