What are 5 occasions where IV therapy needs two checker? i am almost finished on the training coursework, but am a community nurse so this would never get used!
Chemotherapy, Blood Products, Bone marrow for transplant (some places require an MD/NP/or PA check for that one), Heparin drip, Narcotic infusions, diprovan, and titrated cardiac drips come to mind.
chemo, blood, PCA or other syringe pump narcs, insulin, and NMBA drips, here. We don't cosign sedation or narc drips in minibags, propofol, or pressors.

at our hospital it is blood, PCA pumps, TPN, Heparin, and insulin. I know on the cancer floors they double check any chemo drugs...cytotoxic drugs
