I am having a lot of troubles with these concept maps. i already have the diagnosis .. what i`m stuck on is the goals (these need to be client centered, not nursing goals), and done in a specific time frame. the nursing interventions i could use a little bit of help with .. the collaborative care is also something that I just can`t grasp. Then, evaluate whether the goals was met or not-- if not met then explain and plan how to alter this.
risk for infection r/t tissue trauma and blood loss
risk for bleeding r/t pregnancy complications and Tubal Ligation AEB trauma to internal tissues of the lady partsl canal, history of prior PPH and fall risk, incision from the tubal ligation.
Risk of ... what category do i put postpartum depression??.. that`s the next one i`m thinking of doing
The whole problem is that the mother is in such great shape.. before when i did concept maps they were so easy because there are a ton of problems with seniors you just had to pick one.. she is a runner, everything was normal, happy, healthy, (but not going to breastfeed), has a good family support system etc etc.. I've been trying to figure this out for hours any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
