Rejuvinating this thread...who got into May 10? I was in the Fall 10 but just got moved up. I'd like to know if there are any around here I'll be seeing!

I just got moved up to the May 2010 start also! i'm super excited, i just found out today. does anyone know where location of this cohort is? i know fall 2010 was at beaumont, but i dont know if this one is also.

Hi everyone. I got my acceptance letter for the SMC Oakland cohort - Summer 2010 yesterday . I'm very excited. Is there a facebook group for this class ? I couldn't find one for this new upcoming class(SMC ABSN Oakland C/O 2011). I'm thinking of creating one. Congrats to those who got in, and good luck everyone!

Didn't realize this was a different Oakland accelerated program than the one I got in! I think this Oakland is in Michigan? Mines in California.. haha. Nonetheless, good luck to you all

I think that if you want to get a bachelors or masters then when you are getting your RN, to try to get a 4.0 GPA, So when you apply for a bachelors or masters program, you can easily be accepted.

If you think you can get a 4.0 with the accelerated than do it, however just do what you think will benefit you and your patients. Congrats!

Does anyone know which accelerated program is better University of detroit mercy or oakland university?? I was accepted to both but not sure which one is better?
